President addresses Parliament on first day of budget session

Addressing the joint sitting of Parliament at the start of the budget session, President Pranab Mukherjee on Thursday said that he hoped for a productive Parliament sitting that comes after a tough economic year. He stressed that there was a need to address the impact of growth hurdles.
