Rahul assures delegating power to village headmen in J&K

Congress general secretary Rahul Gandhi, who was on a two day visit to the state of Jammu and Kashmir, has talked about giving out more powers to village council headmen. Rahul told mediapersons that he also had talks with the Jammu and Kashmir chief minister Omar Abdullah regarding delegating powers to village councils.
