Rahul Gandhi heckled at Jammu rally by a sarpanch

Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi addressed a gathering of village representatives in J-K, when a sarpanch interrupted him and complained that while the MLAs in the state were provided security, the sarpanchs were being killed indiscriminately by militants.
