Rahul Gandhi start party's campaign in Chhattisgarh

Kicking off his party's campaign in poll-bound Chhattisgarh, general secretary of Congress party, Rahul Gandhi on Monday urged people to vote out the Hindu nationalist Bharatiya Janata Party. The BJP will be the incumbent in the central states of Chhattisgarh and Madhya Pradesh besides northwestern state of Rajasthan, offering a chance for Congress to regain some political ground. Incumbent governments in India often do badly in elections.
