Rahul Gandhi targets Mayawati

Rahul Gandhi accused the Mayawati led Bahujan Samaj Party government in Uttar Pradesh of not being committed to work for the people. Rahul was addressing a gathering in his parliamentary constituency Amethi on Friday. Taking a pot shot at Mayawati, Gandhi said the government funds were being used for making statues but not for development. However, he although regarded the comments made by senior Congress leader Rita Bahuguna Joshi against Mayawati as 'unfortunate'.
