Rahul slams BJP for not implementing welfare schemes

Addressing a meeting of tribal people in Mandla district of Madhya Pradesh state, Rahul Gandhi, general secretary of India's main ruling Congress party slammed country's main opposition Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) ruled states for non- implementation of various welfare schemes. He called upon the party workers to come forward and mitigate the miseries of the common man.
