Raja Bhaiyya smells conspiracy against him

After CBI today filed a supplementary chargesheet in the DSP Zia – ul – Haq murder and gave the former state Cabinet Minister, Raja Bhaiyya a clean chit, he alleged that he smelled conspiracy in the case and did ot want to divulge who was part of the conspiracy.
