RR Patil booked for hate speech in Belgaum

The Karnataka Police has filed an FIR against Maharashtra home minister RR Patil for allegedly making a provocative speech in Belgaum on Sunday. Patil has also been booked under Representation of People Act for violation of the election code for the May 5 assembly poll in the state.
