Rs. 1 lakh compensation for Uttarakhand flood victims: Hemant Soren

Soon after taking oath as the ninth chief minister of Jharkhand on Saturday, Hemant Soren announced compensation of at least 1 lakh rupees to Uttarkhand flash flood victims from Jharkhand.
