RS ruckus was pre-planned by BJP: Govt

Defending the government over the Rajya Sabha chaos, which has been stated by the opposition as orchestrated by the government, Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs V Narayanasamy today said that the ruckus was pre-planned by the BJP.
