Safdarjung Hospital resident doctors go on indefinite strike

Nearly 1000 resident doctors at Delhi's premier Safdarjung Hospital went on an indefinite protest on Thursday demanding housing facilities for resident doctors and adequate security. The Out Patient Department and surgical services have been hit affecting many of the thousands of patients who are treated at the government-run hospital daily.
