SC asks MCD to restart sealing

The Supreme Court today redirected the Delhi Police and the Municipal Corporation of Delhi to commence the sealing drive against unauthorized structures in the national capital. A Bench headed by Justice Arijit Pasayat reportedly pulled up both Delhi Police Commissioner K K Paul and MCD Commissioner A K Nigam over the suspension of the drive in violation of the court's order. The court directed the MCD and police that the sealing drive should go ahead without any more obstacles or complaints.
