SC disallows HJC MLAs from joining Hooda govt

The Supreme Court today delivered the verdict on the fate of the five legislators of Haryana Janhit Congress who had defected and joined the Bhupinder Singh Hooda-led Congress government in Haryana after the 2009 Assembly Elections.
