SC gave relief to MCD and licencing auth overall compensation reduced. Though Ansal's share of compensation to be paid goes up from 55% to 85%, compensation for dead reduced from 18 lakh to 10 lakh for age 20+ and from 15lakh to 7.5. Lakhs to those below 20 yrs.
