Sheila Dikshit doesn't want to contest Delhi assembly elections. Here's why

Former Delhi chief minister Sheila Dikshit said that she does not wish to be the chief ministerial candidate for the Congress party in the upcoming Delhi elections. She refused to add weightage to Arvind Kejriwal's comments on this assembly polls being a contest between him and Jagdish Mukhi.
