Sibal new law minister, CP Joshi gets railway portfolio

Senior Congress leader and Union telecom minister, Kapil Sibal is all set to hone the additional charge of law ministry until a cabinet reshuffle most likely next week and Union road transport and highways minister CP Joshi will now handle the railway minister's post.
