Sibal overturnes Ashwani's decision on Vodafone tax liability

Newly-appointed Union law minister Kapil Sibal on Tuesday overturned his predecessor Ashwani Kumar's decision on the Vodafone tax liability issue, giving a go ahead for the matter to be resolved through conciliation.
