Sibal slams BJP for rejecting PM's offer for appearing before PAC

Telecom Minister Kapil Sibal on Monday slammed the Bharatiya Janata Party for rejecting Prime Minister Manmohan Singh's offer for appearing before the Parliament's Public Accounts Committee (PAC) in the 2G Spectrum Probe.
