Sonia emphasizes on rural development

The ruling Congress party chief Sonia Gandhi stressed on rural development while addressing a rally in Naguar town of Rajasthan organised to mark the golden jubilee celebration of local body administration system or Panchayati Raj. Gandhi added that Panchayati Raj institutions were often undermined by politics and selfish motives.
