Sonia flags off relief material for flood victims

Congress president Sonia Gandhi along with party vice president Rahul Gandhi and Delhi chief minister Sheila Dikshit flagged off trucks carrying relief material for Uttarakhand flood victims from the party's Delhi headquarters on Monday.
