Sonia launches food security scheme in New Delhi

Delhi rolled out the food security bill on Tuesday to mark former prime minister Rajiv Gandhi's birth anniversary, with an ecstatic Delhi chiefminister Sheila Dikshit saying it was a moment of happiness for her government.
