Source of terror lies across the border: Chidambaram

Without naming Pakistan, Home Minister P Chidambaram, during his address to a lawyers' convention organized by Congress in New Delhi said that the source of terror lies across the border. Chidambaram warned that if Mumbai-like terror attack emanates from Pakistan again, India's response would be "swift and decisive".
