Subramanian Swamy defends VK Singh

BJP leader Subramanian Swamy on Tuesday defended former Army chief general VK Singh and said that he was being targeted. Earlier, VK Singh admitted that the money from the secret fund was used in Kashmir but only towards social schemes.
