Team Anna slams Lokpal Bill draft

The Lokpal Bill draft is out and Team Anna is calling it a huge let down. The draft circulated by the parliamentary standing committee has recommended keeping out both the judiciary and the MPs' conduct in House out of the purview of the bill.
