Timely promotions boost morale of officers: Gehlot

Even as a delegation of RAS officers met him, at his official residence in Jaipur, thanking him for giving them promotion in their services, Rajasthan chief minister, Ashok Gehlot has asserted that timely appraisal and promotion encourages the morale of officers and other staff.
