TMC promises good governance if comes to power

Trinamool Congress (TMC), the main opposition of West Bengal, on Monday promised effective governance if voted to power in the upcoming assembly polls. TMC candidate Sovandeb Chatterjee, who was on a door to door campaign in his constituency to garner votes, added there wouldn't be only change of personnel by replacing incumbent state chief Buddhadeb Bhattacharya.
