UP riots: non-bailable arrest warrants against 6 leaders

After facing flak for failing to take appropriate measures to control communal flare up in Muzaffarnagar district, the Uttar Pradesh police have cordoned off the state Assembly to arrest elected members of the Assembly who have been accused of inciting violence in the district.
