Uphaar case hearing deferred

The Delhi High court on Wednesday deferred the pronouncement of verdict in the 10-year-old Uphaar fire tragedy that claimed 59 lives. Manu Sharma, counsel for the accused, Sushil Ansal, said an application for a written submission on the case to be placed on record was rejected by the court.
