Vinod Shrama comments on Congress election manifesto released on Tuesday

Congress supremo Sonia Gandhi released party election manifesto on March 24. She underlined various focus areas of the manifesto like rural and infrastructural development, youth employment etc, as she stressed on the party's committment to the welfare of the 'common man'. Congress has chosen Manmohan Singh as its prime ministerial candidate, Vinod Sharma comments.
