Virbhadra Singh resigns, says he is still in Congress party

Union minister for Small, Micro and Medium Industries, Virbhadra Singh, who on Tuesday resigned after a Himachal Pradesh court framed corruption charges against him and his wife, insisted that he was still in the Congress party.
