Voting begins in fourth phase of polls

Millions of Indians began voting in several states amid tight security on Thursday for the fourth-phase of the country's five-phased mammoth election process. In New Delhi, Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, daughter of congress chief Sonia Gandhi, was amongst the early voters as she went to cast her vote along with her husband surrounded by security guards. She appealed to the voters to vote for the country's progress.
