Waging war is a political decision: Army Chief

Pointing out that all options are open against Pakistan, Indian Army Chief General Deepak Kapoor on Wednesday said political leadership would decide any of them. Addressing an annual news conference on the eve of the 61st Army Day, Kapoor said that India is ready to confront any provocation, suggesting that Pakistan has been indulging in war hysteria after the 26/11 attacks.
