Warrants issued against Zaibunissa and Sharif Parkar

A lower court in Mumbai issued non-bailable warrants against two convicts of the 1993 serial blasts in the city after they failed to surrender in jail to serve the sentence, said public prosecutor Deepak Salve on Friday.
