Watch: Drunk BJP MLA caught hitting youth with a rod in Gujarat

BJP legislator Kanti Amrutiya was caught on camera purportedly beating a youth with a rod in an intoxicated state in Morbi district on Monday. However, the police said that the youth himself was wielding a sword in an inebriated state when the MLA called up the police. Hence, the police reached the venue and arrested the youth under the Arms Act. The video, taken by a by-stander, is doing rounds in the social networking sites and WhatsApp.
