Watch | Tripura woman thrashed over alleged illicit affair

A tribal woman from Tripura was beaten up on allegations of having an illicit affair with a person from her community. The victim was beaten and left unconscious with her head half-shaved by the family members of Birendra Bhil, the man with whom she was accused of having an illicit affair.The victim complained that the family members of Birendra had attacked her with stick and drove her unconscious. The Police on Saturday arrested three women and two men who are the family members of Birendra Bhil.
