Will let Parliament function if coal licences are cancelled: BJP

The deadlock in Parliament over the CAG's report on coal blocks allocation doesn't seem to end with the BJP sticking to its demand for Prime Minister Manmohan Singh's resignation and the government refusing to bow down.
