Iran’s top negotiator declares victory over US & Israel, calls Trump-backed MoU proof of war win?

Iranian Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf claims Iran won its war against the United States and Israel in both military and political terms. He says this does not mean Iran destroyed U.S. or Israeli forces, but that Washington and Israel failed to achieve any of the nine objectives that he says they had publicly set for the war.
