The Delhi High Court on April 9 dismissed jailed CM Arvind Kejriwal’s plea challenging his arrest by the Enforcement Directorate in the alleged liquor scam. “Material collected by ED reveals that Kejriwal conspired and was involved in formulation of excise policy and used proceeds of crime,” the Delhi High Court said in its court order. BJP intensified its attack on AAP after the court order. AAP, on the other side, said it will move the Supreme Court for relief.
