Former Chief Minister of Punjab Captain Amarinder Singh was spotted in Delhi amid the resignation of Punjab Congress Chief Navjot Singh Sidhu. Speculations were rife about Singh’s visit but the former CM said he is not in the capital to meet any politician but to vacate the Kapurthala house and finish his pending work. On Sidhu’s resignation, the former CM said that Sidhu is an unstable man, not fit for a border state like Punjab. Singh also added that Sidhu had nothing to do with his resignation.
