Cyclone Tauktae: Gateway of India in Mumbai thrashed by strong waves

A video of the Gateway of India in Mumbai being flooded as strong waves from the Arabian Sea pounded its ancient walls has now gone viral on social media. Cyclone Tauktae wreaked havoc in Mumbai on Monday and left 6 people dead. Several trees were also uprooted and there was also some loss to property. The Indian Meteorological department has also forecast moderate to high spell of rainfall in Mumbai and its suburbs in the next 24 hours. Watch the full video for all the details.
