'Foreign conspiracy': Rajnath on recent Hindu killings, communal violence in J&K

There is a “foreign conspiracy” behind the recent communal tension and target killings by terrorists in Jammu and Kashmir, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh has said, asserting that the central government will not allow another forced migration of any community from any part of the Union Territory.
