Heavy rains lash Delhi-NCR; IMD issues orange alert amid waterlogging, traffic

Citizens in the national capital woke up to heavy rainfall on September 1. Heavy downpour led to severe waterlogging in several areas of the city. Incessant rain also led to traffic snarls in several parts of the national capital. Delhi Traffic police advised commuters to use vehicle headlights to increase visibility. Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) issued an orange alert for the national capital. IMD predicted thunderstorms & moderate to heavy rains in parts of NCR. Watch the full video for more.
