The Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) is "keeping a close eye" on an assassination attempt on former Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan during a rally. Speaking at a media briefing, MEA spokesperson Arindam Bagchi said that "India is and will continue to monitor the ongoing developments." The ex-Pak PM, Imran Khan, has suffered gunshot injuries in his leg after being attacked in Wazirabad in Pakistan's Punjab province.
