Justice DY Chandrachud named India's next Chief Justice by CJI Lalit | Details

Justice Dhananjaya Y Chandrachud is all set to be India's next Chief Justice. Incumbent CJI UU Lalit recommended the name of Justice DY Chandrachud as his successor. He handed over the letter of recommendation to Justice Chandrachud in presence of all SC judges earlier today. Chandrachud will be India's 50th Chief Justice who will have a two-year term as the country's top judge. Watch this video to know more.
