PM Modi met members of the Indian diaspora and played drums along with the drummers at Glasgow before his departure. Some of the members of the Indian community chanted 'Har Har Modi' slogans to greet the prime minister. Prime Minister Narendra Modi also interacted with kids and signed his autograph. Before his departure, PM Modi hailed India's role in combating the climate crisis across the world. Earlier, PM Modi held a series of meetings at Glasgow on the sidelines of the climate summit.
