PM Modi's message for Parliament winter session amid price rice, farm stir

Ahead of winter session of Parliament, Prime Minister Narendra Modi urged parliamentarians to utilise their time in quality debate in the House, amid apprehensions that another session would be washed out in the din. In a virtual address at the inaugural session of 82nd All India Presiding Officers' Conference, PM called on MPs to maintain the conduct of the Indian Values in the houses.
