The Supreme Court-appointed 5-member committee has found former SSP of Punjab's Ferozepur, responsible for the breach in PM's security during his visit to Hussainiwala in the run-up to the Assembly polls in January earlier this year. The SC panel also observed that SSP 'failed to discharge (his) duty and augment route though sufficient time and forces were available with him'.
