Pushkar Singh Dhami takes oath as Uttarakhand CM, PM Modi sends best wishes

Prime Minister Narendra Modi congratulates Pushkar Singh Dhami after the latter took oath as the new chief minister of Uttarakhand. Dhami, at 45, became the youngest chief minister of Uttarakhand. Along with Dhami, several other ministers were sworn in. Dhami was administered oath by Uttarakhand Governor Baby Rani Maurya in Dehradun. Watch the full video for more details.
