Rule 267 Vs 176: Why 'INDIA' & Modi Govt Are Clashing On Manipur In Parliament

Yet another day of the Monsoon Session of the Parliament ended in a ruckus. This as the Modi government and the INDIA bloc of opposition MPs clashed in the Rajya Sabha over discussion on the Manipur issue.
