SAS Geelani death: Kashmir reels under curfew-like restrictions for second day

Kashmir Valley is on edge after the death of veteran separatist leader Syed Ali Shah Geelani. Curfew-like restrictions were in place in Srinagar for the second straight day. Police and paramilitary personnel were deployed across the city who had erected barricades and concertina wires to prevent the public movement. Mobile voice call and data services remain shut in Valley since Wednesday midnight, hours after Geelani passed away. J&K police said the situation in Kashmir is under control and no major incident of violence was reported from anywhere. Watch this report for more.
